The Timezone Converter is an utility application to convert date-time between given TimeZones.

Overview
This activity provides timezone conversion for the given date-time.
It takes the following 3 input parameters:
- userDate
- fromTimezoneId
- toTimezoneId
TimeZone Id is referenced from MSDN which can be taken from an internally packaged activity named GetSystemTimeZoneIds.
None of the parameters are mandatory. Default values are local system current date-time and timezone.
This utility also takes into account the daylight saving changes.
