Overview
The ServiceNow Activity package contains 4 activities that allow you to perform operations of adding on catalog items and variables to ServiceNow platform, create Virtual Machines in Azure based on Service Now ticket and add these Virtual Machines into ServiceNow CMDB.
Three of the activities are focused only on ServiceNow and, based on some input, they can add new items in your catalog and more variables to these new items or to existing items if, for example, you want to provide a new service for your employees or need more information in certain requests.
Furthermore, if for example you have new employees for whom you need to create virtual machines in Azure, our activities can do that very fast and easy. You just need to create Tasks in ServiceNow with proper details and the activities will read them, create Virtual Machines based on the details from the tasks, and add these machines into CMDB.
These activities run fully in the background, thus are not limited by browser or interface constraints.
This package has been developed in a joint effort by two companies, Abit Puresoft and Humans4Help, that are both focused on delivery of high-quality automation and integration solutions for ServiceNow.
