Overview
Public Records requests are a standard type of request to many public sector organizations. This solution is pre-configured to use a form to capture user input, pass the input to public data sites (Data.gov, Data.WA.gov, and Data.Seattle.gov) as they show the process of searching public data sets. The workflow can be modified to change user input to internal organizational parameters and then search internal websites and/or repositories. The data set collection is then written to an Excel file and emailed to the email of the person that requested the data sets.
