This activity is applicable to Dynamics 365. Using it you will be able to create, update, retrieve the entity records and change the record statuses. A big advantage is that it allows you to update multiple fields within one request.
Note: To benefit from all the functions available in this activity you should have a basic understanding of creating dictionaries, knowledge on Dynamics365 attribute logical name and attribute field type.
