SRC Master Data Create Components for SAP S/4HANA®

Automates SAP master data registration processes in GUI base or via BAPI

These components are included in this package.

• SRC_BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA_v2.2: Register Material Master using "BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA"
• SRC_BAPI_BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA_v2.2: Register Business Partner Number (BP role is "000000") and common data using "BAPI_BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA"
• SRC_BAPI_BUPA_BANKDETAIL_ADD_v2.2: Add to bank info (BP role is "000000") using "BAPI_BUPA_BANKDETAIL_ADD"

• SRC_BAPI_WBS_CREATE_v2.2: Register WBS and change WBS status (Please be sure to use UiPath.SAP.BAPI.Activities (2.2.1) )
• The following BAPIs are used.
• BAPI_PS_INITIALIZATION (Initialization)
• BAPI_BUS2054_CREATE_MULTI (Register WBS)
• BAPI_BUS2054_SET_STATUS (Change WBS status)
• BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT (Pre-commit process of PS)
• SRC_BAPI_NETWORK_MAINTAIN_v2.2: Register network and change network status (Please be sure to use UiPath.SAP.BAPI.Activities (2.2.1) )
• The following BAPIs are used.
• BAPI_PS_INITIALIZATION (Initialization)
• BAPI_BUS2002_CREATE (Register network)
• BAPI_BUS2002_ACT_CREATE_MULTI (Change network)
• BAPI_PS_PRECOMMIT (Pre-commit process of PS)
• SRC_BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN_v2.2: Register and change project / WBS / network using "BAPI_PROJECT_MAINTAIN"

In order to use the workflows above, you need to install  SRC Common Reusable Components for SAP S/4HANA® ( https://go.uipath.com/component/common-reusable-components-for-sap-s-4hana ).

Sample Files contain the following sample workflow:

• Sample_SRC_ACC_MSTR_CRT: Transaction Code: Register Accounting Code Master from the screen of Transaction Code: FS00
• Sample_SRC_BAPI_BANK_CREATE_v2.2: Import CSV file of financial institution / store information issued by National Bank Association and register Bank Master via BAPI
• Sample_SRC_BAPI_MATERIAL_SAVEDATA_v2.2: Register Material Master via BAPI
