Knowledge search is Humley's most recent capability added to our Cognitive Assistant. In tandem with a conversation in general, chat bot scenarios, our platform can be deployed to leverage internal databases, ingested documents, external APIs for data source pertaining to a subject matter.
The 'expert' views surface up within one view, massively accelerating the discovery process around a subject matter, be that, Marketing, Sales, Research & Development, finance or legally based data sources and queries.
Humley's platform is proven to scale with handling over a million documents in the field.

Knowledge search using a natural language interface (voice or text) to query a service leveraging multiple data sources. This will also hugely accelerate the discovery of information across a wide variety of data sources in a single UI (data sources can be internal databases and documents ingested through to external API data sources).
