**First scenario:** You have a huge text and you want to compare words with a dictionary that does not include special characters like 'Ç', 'Á', 'à'. This can be very useful in latin countries, ie: comparação that contains 'ç' and 'ã' will be cleaned up to ''comparacao. 

**Second scenario:** You want to create folders and name them according to people's names the names. You need to have the names without the characters like 'ç', 'à', 'é' because this way they cannot be used on programmes that do not have UTF compatibility. 

This way strings will be more uniform and easier to compare.

Receives as input a string or character with special characters and converts into normal charaters.
