When we want to book appointments at the clinic it happens many times that either the receptionist doesn't pick up calls or we don't get confirmation fast.

  

To solve these problems the bot lets the user book an appointment and send a confirmation mail to the user for the appointment and also sets a reminder in the calendar for the appointment.
