The solution provides a visual notifications system for attended robots. It's based on a stop light kind of color code, red statuses would signify interrupts for the human user who shares the machine with the attended robot, green light would signify Go and there's a yellow info only message color that would be the default (and would be used for informational purposes).

This activity shows a pop-up with user defined text in the bottom-right corner of the screen. You can choose if you would like to save the screenshot to a custom path while the pop-up is displayed. There are 5 color variants, 3 types of font size, customizable duration of the pop-up.

**Options:**

*   Colors (background): White, Green, Red, Black, Pink
*   Text size: Small, Medium, Big
*   Duration in seconds
*   Screenshot path (if set, the screenshot, including shown pop-up, will be saved.

This version is more customizable. You can choose the duration of the pop-up, more colors, if the screenshot should be saved while the pop-up is displayed and the size of the text in the pop-up.

**This is really useful when configuring a process assets in Orchestrator or migrating a process from UAT/TEST/PROD environment.**

**How to use it:**

*   Edit the Config file found in Data folder. Add the required configuration settings in the Settings tab
*   Assets tab is used to add String, Integer & Boolean type of assets and Credentials tab used alone for secure credentials

In the Asset Tab you will need to provide the following:

*   AssetName – Name of the Asset
*   ValueScope – Global scope & PerRobot (For specific Robot value)
*   Robot Name – If the Value Scope is PerRobot, mention the exact Name of the Robot from the Orchestrator
*   Value – Value of the Asset
*   ValueType – String, Integer & Bool
*   Status – Will be updated once the process is completed
*   Description – Small description for Assets

In the Credentials Tab you will need to provide the following:

*   AssetName – Name of the Asset
*   ValueScope – Global scope & PerRobot (For specific Robot value)
*   Robot Name – If the Value Scope is PerRobot, mention the extact Name of the Robot from the Orchestrator.
*   UserName – Username for the credential
*   Password – Password for the credential
*   ValueType – Always Credentials
*   Status – Will be updated once the process is completed
*   Description – Small description for Assets

Once the Robot process is started, it will ask for the username/email for Tenancy Login and Password. Select then the option Bulk upload assets/Delete all assets/Exit option.

**Note**: Process is in a loop, to exit kindly select EXIT option in the process.

This workflow is used to bulk upload/delete all assets (Global & PerRobot) from the config file. (Editing will be done in next version)

**1.  Introduction -** This tool allows you to stream the work of an unattended/attended robot to any other machine in same domain/network.

**2.  How to Use** \- Run the exe file in the robot machine and it will start broadcasting the work of the robot on a specific port and you can view the same from any machine in the same network, you just need to browse the URL given below in any browser-

For example - if the hostname of the robot machine is **uipathrobot** and you have configured the port 8080 to broadcast the streaming then the URL would be:

Note: You can view the same on your screen once you run the exe

**3\. Streaming Unattended Robot -** To stream the unattended robot you can use the Start Process activity inside your workflow to run this tool and Kill Process activity to stop this once the automation completes.

**4.  Pre-requisites** \- The robot machine and the machine where you want to view the stream should be in same network/domain.

**5.**  **Configuring the Port Number to Broadcast** \- Open the UiPathTeam.StreamRobotScreen.exe.config file and specify the port number in the appSettings for the key port and save the same.
