Kibana - Automate Your Work with RPA and Analytics

This package includes 3 Kibana Dashboards - jobs, errors, queues.

Jobs:

*   Number of process runs
*   Run-time summary metrics
*   Details table with date, process name, robot name, and number of runs
*   Execution time in hours of processes per robot
*   Robot utilization time in seconds
*   Machine utilization time in seconds

Queues:

*   Transaction status by queue(successful vs failed)
*   Exception type breakdown
*   Total queue item count by priority
*   Total transaction count by status
*   Queue execution time per robot

Errors:

*   Errors per process
*   Errors per robot per process
*   Errors details table with timestamp, process name, robot name, reason, and count
*   Errors per robot and machine

Interactive Kibana dashboards for jobs, errors, and queue processes, using data from robot logs pushed to Elasticsearch

What - This is a generic dashboard built on Kibana. This component is a starter pack for clients who are incorporating Kibana with UiPath product. It offers a basic dashboard and is an add-on feature/service.

Index Used - The default configuration index developed via Orchestrator - which is default-\* or default-yyyy.mm(The index must be created already)

Visualizations -

1\. ProcessExecuted\_Per\_Bot : Count of all processes executed on the bot(s)

2\. RunTime\_Per\_Bot : Execution time per bot (Bot Utilization in hours). This is based on total running time of the bots.

3\. QueueTransaction\_State : The ratio of queue items based on there transaction status i.e. Successful or failed. - For this to work, queues must be added to the process(s)

4\. Weekly\_Process\_Count : This is the trend of jobs based on there frequency per week.

5\. RunTime\_ProcessExecuted\_Per\_Bot : This give a status of execution time of processes on bots.

6\. LogType\_Per\_Process : This is the visual for the types of logs generated in each process.

This is a generic dashboard that provide details like AHT, bot and process relation, etc. using the default logs generated in Kibana with the default index.

All UiPath processes using the workblock concept to log data can use these dashboards.

Attached you will find three files, each containing a set of visualisations and a single dashboard that groups the visualisations together.

Three basic Kibana Dashboards (Execution, Operations, and Queue Transaction) Metrics with single click Install Utility Tool that helps you get started with UiPath Dashboards

These three Dashboards provide 14 visualisations combined:

1.  Operational\_Metrics : Provides 4 visualisations:
2.  Default\_Pie\_Split\_Process\_Runs\_Per\_Robot: Helps Visualise all the process run divided across the robots.
3.  Default\_Count\_Process\_Run\_Per\_Robot: Helps visualise the robots running split by processes
4.  Default\_Runtime\_Metrics: Gives the Total Runtime, Max. Runtime, Min. Runtime and Avg. Execution Time of the processes
5.  Default\_Process\_Execution\_Time\_Per\_Robot: Provides each bot's Utilisation.
6.  Execution\_Metrics: Provides 4 Visualisations:
7.  Default\_Execution\_Rate\_Per\_Robot: Gives execution count over time for each robot
8.  Default\_Execution\_Rate\_Per\_Process: Gives execution count over time for each process.
9.  Default\_Error\_Rate\_Per\_Robot: Gives error count over time for each robot
10.  Default\_Error\_Rate\_Per\_Process: Gives error count over time for each process
11.  Queue\_Transaction\_Metrics: Provides 6 Visualisations:
12.  Default\_Transaction\_Status\_Per\_Robot\_Per\_Queue: Status of the Transaction run per robot split by queue. 
13.  Default\_Execution\_Rate\_By\_Robot\_And\_Queue: Transaction Execution by bots distributed per queue over time
14.  default\_Transaction\_Rate\_Per\_Queue: Rate of transaction execution per queue. 
15.  Default\_Failure\_Rate\_Per\_Queue: Rate of transaction failure per queue.
16.  Default\_Exception\_Count\_Per\_Queue: Exception count and split by type for each queue
17.  Default\_Utilisation\_Rate\_By\_Queue: Time spent Default\_Utilisation\_Rate\_By\_Queue
18.  There is a Utility Tool Called Kibana Importer which you can use to Import the dashboards to the user's kibana setup
19.  The given dashboards cover all the basic visualisations one needs to get started with UiPath specific monitoring and anlytics.
